We are a small business and at this time all sales are final. We do however want you to be happy with your purchase. If something has gone wrong with your leather good (as things sometimes do!), we would love to make it right. Please send us an email, with proof of purchase. We will do our best to repair or replace your product. Products will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Our policy covers manufacturing defects not exceeding one year. However, we are more than happy to help beyond the year. Please do not hesitate to contact us. Our policy does not replace leather goods that have been damaged due to irregular use or mistreatment and/or exposure to extreme elements, water or undue stress. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the client. Please read our leather care page before contacting us.
